Submitting a form or contacting us through the Website does not guarantee service availability and does not create a client relationship.

All pet care services are governed by a separate Pet Service Agreement that clients review and electronically sign through Time To Pet. The Service Agreement (not this Website) controls the terms of service, including scheduling, cancellations, payments, emergency procedures, and other policies.

If you become a client, scheduling, service details, and certain communications may be managed through Time To Pet. Payments may be processed through a third-party credit card processing company. We do not store full credit card numbers on this Website.

During services, we will take photos of your pets to share as visit updates. We may also use pet photos (and/or first names only) for marketing purposes, such as on our Website and social media. We will not share your address, entry details, or other sensitive personal information in marketing content. You may opt out at any time by contacting us at support@petcareclubri.com.

This Website may include links to third-party websites or services (including Time To Pet or payment processors). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party sites. Use of third-party services is at your own risk.
